The CTAD24 Mobile app will be available on Thursday, October 24th at 12:00 p.m. CET

Guide: How to get into the CTAD24 Event via the vFairs Mobile App?

Step 1:

Download the vFairs Mobile App

Click on the AppStore of your device

Apple Store, scan the QR Code below to download the app :

Google Store, scan the QR Code below to download the app :

Step 2:

Open the vFairs Mocile App on your mobile

 

Step 3:

Enter your credential and click on "Sign In". No password will be required for attendees.

 

Step 4

Access to CTAD 24 Congress event is granted to you and you can enjoy the available features from your mobile!

Once signed in you will land in the lobby (Home)

 

Step 5

  • Access to the auditorium, where all sessions will be available
  • Entry to the poster hall, allowing you to view all posters
  • Access to the exhibitors' area, with all booths viewable
  • View the list of attendees
  • Chat options, including:
    • CTAD Support chatroom
    • Exhibitors' chatrooms
    • Chat with fellow attendees
    • Automatic entry into a Tech Support room in case of technical issues

 

Auditorium

When a session goes live, you will have the ability to vision it by clicking on the "join" button that will appear.

Sessions that are not live yet will no that a "Join" button until it is time for them to be live.

Sessions will be displayed by category, and you will have the ability to Search the tittle of the sessions.

 

Chat

As mentionned, you will have the ability to chat wih fellow attendee and join chatrooms. You private messages will be in "messages"

 

Poster Hall

In the poster hall, all posters will be displayed by category and a search option is available too.

 

Exhibit Hall

In the exhibit hall, you will be able to visits exhibitors' booths, and search them by name.

 

Attendee listing

In the attendee listing, you will be able to see who your fellow attendee are.

 

Menu tab

The menu tab contains all features available in the "home" tab, the option to share your feedback, view you profile and the logout button.
