Cancelation policy - One night deposit charged on the guest credit card - Free cancellation and refund of the deposit up to 30 days before the dates of stay.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1st night deposit will be charged to each guest at the moment of the reservation; this deposit is refundable in case of cancellation 30 days before of the check in date.
Rest of the nights to be charged by the hotel 30 days prior the arrival date. If the credit card does not have a sufficient balance to make the payment or isinvalid, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
The guest can cancel 30 days prior to the arrival date without penalty.
Less than 30 days, if the bedroom reserved is cancelled within this period, 100% of the total services (bedrooms) will be charged as cancellation fee.
NO SHOW: in case of No Show the hotel will be authorized to charge the full amount of stay based on room and breakfast.
