EMBARGO POLICY

All research is embargoed until the date/time that it is available on demand or shared at a CTAD live presentation.
All companies and media are bound by the embargo policy. Companies must expressly state release times on news releases.
To receive embargoed abstracts, members of the media acknowledge that the materials are solely for their use and that they will not distribute, publish, broadcast or in any other way share them before the stated embargo lift time. Members of the media must provide written agreement to honor the embargo policy.
If a member of the media breaks embargo, press access and credentials for the current conference, and potentially future conferences, could be revoked.
In some circumstances, publicly traded companies may be advised by legal counsel to disclose certain data to the public prior to the public release of the abstracts to comply with SEC requirements. In these situations, CTAD may review company requests on a case-by-case basis and grant an exception to its embargo rules as appropriate.
