Guidelines for Poster Presenters

 

  • Poster Setup: Posters must be mounted by 7:30 AM on the day of your scheduled presentation. Any posters left after the session will be discarded — no exceptions.

  • Presentation Schedule: The list of poster presentation days will be available by mid-October.

  • Poster Dimensions (Portrait orientation only):

    • Height: 46 inches (116.8 cm)

    • Width: 40 inches (101 cm)

      ⚠️ Posters that do not meet these specifications cannot be displayed, as they will not fit on the boards.

  • Mounting Materials: Supplies for attaching your poster will be provided onsite.

  • Onsite Printing Option: If you wish to print your poster locally, please contact the UPS Store located inside the Hilton San Diego Bayfront (3rd Floor):
