CTAD 2026 will feature significant clinical trial readouts, including Phase 3 results from POLARIS-AD (AR1001), Phase 2a proof-of-concept data on NTRX-07 targeting neuroinflammation, and topline results from the Phase 2b PRImus-AD trial (PRI-002) in early AD. The four keynotes will address key themes: new molecules in Phase 2b with Jeffrey Cummings, the future of diagnostics and therapeutics with Geoffrey Kerchner (Roche), the integration of fluid and imaging biomarkers with Susan Landau, and the role of proteomics with Allan Levey. On the symposia side, several standout sessions will cover trontinemab and Brainshuttle™ technology (imaging and mechanistic insights), posdinemab and tau biology, neuroinflammation and the NLRP3 inflammasome, and remote digital biomarkers for AD clinical trials. The LEADER symposium will also bring real-world, multicenter data on lecanemab three years post-approval. The meeting will open with the CTAD Lifetime Achievement Award presented to Jeffrey Cummings, honoring his foundational contributions to AD clinical trial methodology.
