We look forward to welcoming you to the 19th Clinical Trials on Alzheimer’s Disease (CTAD) Conference, November 16–19, 2026, at the Boston Marriott Copley Place in Boston, MA, USA.
Here is the practical information you need before you arrive.

Getting There
The Boston Marriott Copley Place is 4.5 miles (7 km) from Boston Logan International Airport. You can get there by taxi or rideshare (Uber, Lyft).
Parking
The hotel offers valet parking and self-parking at $75 per day. There is also parking off site near the hotel.
Badges & Delegate Materials
New this year: badges are no longer printed on site. Please complete these two steps before you arrive at CTAD.
Print your badge.
Your badge will be emailed to you on Thursday, November 12. Please print it and bring it with you.
Download the CTAD app and have your QR code ready.
Your QR code will be in your profile in the CTAD app and will also be emailed to you on Friday, November 13. You will need it to enter the CTAD area and the ballroom. (See section 9 for how to download the app.)
On site: pick up your badge holder and lanyard at the Conference Management Desk.

- You will need both your printed badge and your QR code to enter all CTAD sessions, the poster area, and the coffee break areas.
Your certificate of attendance will be sent to you by email after the conference, and it will also be available in your personal account. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well.
Meeting Rooms
Plenary sessions: Grand Ballroom (Level 4)
Posters and coffee breaks: Gloucester Ballroom and Atrium (Level 3)
Poster presenters will be at their posters during the coffee breaks. If you need help finding a poster, go to the Poster Assistance Desk at the entrance of the Gloucester Ballroom.

CTAD26 is a hybrid conference. All in-person sessions will be livestreamed from Boston.
Go to https://2026.ctad-alzheimer.com/ and log in with the email address you used to register. You can watch all sessions and see all posters there.

CTAD25 Mobile App
The CTAD app includes the livestream, the virtual poster hall, the virtual exhibit hall, networking, and your QR code.
