We’re thrilled to welcome you to the 18th Clinical Trials on Alzheimer’s Disease (CTAD) Conference, taking place December 1–4, 2025, at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront in San Diego, California, USA.

To help you make the most of your experience, please find below some important details to prepare for your arrival:

Getting There

The Hilton is located just 3 miles (5 km) from San Diego International Airport, easily accessible by taxi or Uber.

Parking

Both valet and self-parking are available on-site at the Hilton.

  • Self-Parking: $50.00 per day
  • Valet Parking: $65.00 per day

Badge & Delegate Materials

Location: Sapphire Foyer – CTAD Registration Area (Level 4)
Please bring photo ID to collect your badge. Registration lines are organized alphabetically by last name.

Save time: Pick up your badge early on Monday, December 1.

Registration Desk Opening Hours:

  • Monday, December 1: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday, December 2: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 3: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, December 4: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Your badge is mandatory for entry to all CTAD sessions and poster/coffee break areas.
Badges will not be reprinted. A USD $350 administrative fee will be applied for lost badges.

Celebrate the next generation of Alzheimer’s researchers!
Join us for short flash presentations during morning and afternoon coffee breaks in the poster area.

NEW: CTAD Biotech Showcase Session

CTAD25 introduces a new initiative highlighting emerging biotech companies and offering them a unique opportunity to connect with key leaders, researchers, and potential investors in the field of Alzheimer’s disease and related neurodegenerative disorders.

During dedicated Biotech Showcase Sessions, held during the coffee breaks, selected companies will:

  • Present their work through concise 3-minute / 3-slide flash talks
  • Participate in live Q&A discussions with moderators and attendees
  • Receive expert feedback from leaders in the field
  • Build valuable connections with potential partners and investors

This initiative provides an important platform for innovation and collaboration within the Alzheimer’s research community.
