Credentialed media may request a press pass by emailing CTAD media representative, Jameson Roth. Please note that in-person press registrations are limited.
Press Guidelines
- Due to the preliminary and unpublished nature of data presented at CTAD, video/audio recording and photography of presentations are prohibited.
- Violations of this policy may result in removal from CTAD.
- Film crews may attend on a case-by-case basis but must obtain prior permission from CTAD Management and presenters.
Camerapersons must be accompanied by a CTAD staff member while onsite.
- All research is embargoed until it is made available on demand or presented live at CTAD.
- All companies and media are bound by the embargo. Press releases must clearly state release times.
- Media must agree in writing to honor the embargo before receiving embargoed abstracts.
- Breaking embargo may result in revocation of press access for the current and future conferences.
- In certain cases, publicly traded companies may request an exception to comply with SEC requirements; CTAD reviews these on a case-by-case basis.
FAQ
- Embargoed abstracts will be released publicly in March 2026 at www.ctad-alzheimer.com. Credentialed media can request advanced copies (with embargo agreement).
- Poster session embargo lifts on December 1, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. PST when posters go live on the digital platform.
- Registered attendees receive embargoed abstracts at the start of the conference.
Slides are not made available to the media or public. Sharing slides is at the presenter’s discretion.
No. Discussion or presentation of embargoed content before the lift is prohibited.

- In-person registrants receive complimentary access to the CTAD virtual platform.
- Recordings are available within 48 hours of each session and remain accessible for 10 months after the conference ends.
